No limp mode, no weird symptoms, just a shiny yellow light on my dash
Thing is. . my car has been tuned for almost a year, first on chrome now on ECTune, and ever since I installed my header around a year ago i never connected that sensor. And NEVER had any problems with it. Come yesterday night returning from work, BOOM yellow sadness on my dash. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Would actually connecting the sensor even tho my car is tuned change anything? Would the computer even read its input at all? Cuz the reason why i didn't connect it is because the wire is too short. ( stock header the sensor aims straight up, DC ceramic coated = aims straight to the side, keeping the plugs out of reach. )

dont you have to have the first sensor in? I thought the secondary was the only one you can remove

 

EG2 = del Sol VTEC 94
94 = OBDI which only uses one oxygen sensor, the one you speak of is on OBDII vehicles ( if I'm not mistaking.)

if you didn't have an Cel before then the ecu was programed not to pick it up. that weired just try to reset the ecu
