Default MY CROWER F23 CAM Help me understand specs

I got a custom crower camshaft for my f23. The specs were recommended to me by someone I trust. I just wanted to post them and get an understanding/verification that my cam is on the aggressive side. I'm going to be running high compression NA w P&P Head already done and intake side ported to fit H23 runners. Here are the specs

Advertised Camshaft Specifications
Intake Duration: .254 Lift: .476 clearance .006
Exhaust Duration: .214 Lift .382 clearance .008

Notes on sheet also say.......

Regrind Spec Application
Note: Retard Int. Lobe 2 degrees
Small Lobe

what cam is it? like model number? you also have the two lobes listed measured in different places. i'll have to look the model number up before i can explain where the cam is well suited. actually, just list the number and someone should be able to help you. it's printed on the end of the cam.

Its a regrind not a production camshaft. Crower does very mild regrinds that can still retain stock valvetrain.

Those are some pretty aggressive spec's for a F series. You will deff. need upgraded valve springs for that cam. If you don't say bye,bye to your valve's.

Just to help you out those measurments should be on the vtec lobe.
