a buddy of mine is looking into buying a 95 civic hatch lx. the guy says that it has an electrical problem and it turns over but doesnt start. any possible reasons why this may be? the guy is asking $700 so i just wanted to know if it was an easy fix. any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

That's exactly what my 94 LX is doing. I've checked everything but the ecu.

What ended up being wrong with the 95? Did you buy it?
