Default is there a v-tec head for a f22 block that I can use?

i rebuilt my sohc f22 non v-tec motor for my 92 accord and it runs fine...I jus want the added power of v-tec now.

You can use the head, not too sure about ECU, muffin, touringaccord, or someone else should be able to answer you.

If you just want it with vtec I'd just say "F it" and swap a whole F22B1 in there. They're cheap enough.
