Default Rear wheel noise 2000 Honda Civic

When turning left I can hear a clicking/thumping noise coming from right rear wheel, I can also hear the same noise during a heavy brake. Is this the rear wheel bearing telling me it is going bad? The rear brakes look pretty good so I do not think the clicking noise would have anything to do with adjusting the brakes.

What do you think?

There is 115,000 miles on the civic, if it is the rear wheel bearing should i go ahead and replace the bearing hub assembly on both sides?

jack up the rear and spin the wheel, it may be a cracked drum or bad wheel bearing.
