Default 99 V6 Coupe power gains - need your opinion/experience

HI guys

Recently upgraded from F23a1 to j30a1 (changed car )... Just finishing to sort the suspension and brakes out and have a question about HP issues. What are maximum power gains without making it F/I. What upgrades would you suggest , and which ones NOT. I know that there will be always someone who is quicker so perhaps i won't go for F/I (Cause if i will some day - i willgo for F/i and AT--> MT at same time). Was thinking about intake / exhaust, but do not want ruin quietness i'm enjoynig at the moment. IS there any exhaust systems that wont scare my neighbours every morning and will give me some HP gains. Is the CAI worth doing ,or it'll be worthless without doung all the exhaust (headers, cat-back exhaust etc). What ECU upgrades would you suggest. What bout pulleys & cam gears... As i mentioned - car is used for daily driving, so i'm interestes in HP (if it is possible) gains without loosing comfort. And.. sorry for my english
thanks a lot in advance

p.s. here she is

not much you gonna do with that motor as the MAJOR LIMITING factor are the small valves

headers loose a few low end hp but gain 25 at the top
intake 5-7 HP
exhaust axle back only gain a few hp...at the expense of low end torque
get some lighter wheels

cl-s cams gain about 4 hp

I would suggest a Comptech Icebox, a comptech axle back, CL-S cams, and comptech Headers. All of those parts are very well built and will not make your car overly loud. As for power gains, yeuemmaimai is pretty close to what you would expect. You can change other parts as well such as the intake manifold, heads, cat, cat back and you will see more gains, but it all depends on what you want.
