well you kinda just answered your own question there... swap and turbo... now you just need to decide on what swap you wanna do and that depends on how much money you have to spend. And you also said you wanted it to be a sleeper so your gonna wanna keep the outside prettymuch stock. so if i was you i woud be figuring out my financial situation... see how much money you can set aside for the swap and dont worry about modding right now since your goin sleeper there shouldnt really be any money sunk into looks... and no point in sinking money into an engine when your planning a swap anyway so you might as well just save your money and buy a new motor and do the swap firstn then save some more and then turbo.

ok the engine is going to be pretty basic ...the b16a1 it's jdm and as far as looks they are stock but need body work as i said before and painting it white ............. anyways need website suggestions ?? but not for the motor ....probably for turbo, brakes, a drop kit (ride height that is) and anything that you might suggest
thanks

the swap motor is going to be the b16a1,and the reason i'm replacing the header is because my friend and i are building your own cars(he has a 240sx if you wanted to know) at the same time and he wants the to swap them at the same time too

Now whats the point and coming on HONDA-tech and suggesting someone imediately sell their car and get a LS1 F body. If you thats your taste so be it, I'm sure there is some muscle forum that could use your enthusiasm on their forum but do you need to try and flame a guy that wants to get started with a civic. So far only thing I see possibly fast and cheap is your mom

Now you sir are definitely an idiot.

F-body, not Fox body.

LS1s arent fords. They're GM.

Not only do I know more about hondas than you do, but I also know more about domestics than you do.

I'm not flaming him. I'm giving him advice. Now if you're such a dumbass that couldn't understand that, please, really please, GTFO. We don't need dumb[freak]s like you contaminating true statements.

And to the OP here's some turbo LSXs that we have worked on https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2390053

Don't listen to that dipshit that's only Honda narrowminded.

lol OP your 18? I was thinking you were like 14...Either way you should definately get a b16 and turbo it. You want it to be safe so though so Id definately recommend building the motor with some new high compression pistons first

Are you talking about me?

Didn't you know? Motors don't live forever. Period. It doesn't matter wtf you do, even if it's fully built and tuned perfectly, they all have limits. On top of that, no motor is the exact same. Like metal, no 2 pieces are the same. Even if they look like it.

For example, why don't you take a B16 and slap some maincaps from another B16 on it without any machine work and tell me how that goes.

I'll bet a hundred dollars it'll last a month or two. Oh it'll start up and run just fine. For a pretty short while.

I can guarantee your crank + main tolerances are going to be super shitty and inconsistent. And you know what that means? Toast motor.
