just bought my first honda!
well guys after a year of waiting i finally bought my first honda. I bought it off a friend who needed to sell it for 800$. its a 92 cx with 190,000 on the chassis. From what i know the paint is an off jade green. it has the drag mugen m7 knock offs, spoon style wing and tein s techs. the motor is an old sohc and i have many plans for the car itself. First i want to put some shocks on and maybe change the springs seeing as i want a bigger drop. once i sell my current car i will use that money to put in a b16 but need to know a couple of things before doing so. will a rear disc brake conversion be beneficial? should i build my suspension mildy first before doing so? here are a couple of pics for you guys. any input on some ideas will be helpful. also the whole rear interior panels are missing and the interior is palmy blue. unfortunately honda discontinued that color so anybody having the rear interior in that color and would like to sell pm me!
phone camera pics for now guys

Build your suspension first if u want to ride smooth and if you like taking quick turns...i built my motor and then I did suspension work!!

thanks again! yes the car is currently running the only thing is its idling is off. needs a little work but will do for the time being. hopefully i sell my other car soon enough so i can put the b16 in. As far as the springs they ride pretty smooth! the drop isnt much though. i have a friend with rs-r's on his integra and i really liked those

great pick up bro...from the pictures the car looks mint.
first things first, suspension. Seeing that you want to lower your car quite a bit, i'd recommend full coilovers. Brands i'd go with is PIC, Skunk2, FF2, Tein, etc...You can also do the coilover/shock combo to save a little money. Skunk2 coilovers (high spring rates are a must for anything 2inchs and lower) with tokico illumina shocks.
Rear discs helps with nose dive and yes is beneifical. Its not only for looks but might save you from getting into a accident. With more power you'll def. have to upgrade to better suspension/brakes.

Other than looks, if he doesn't plan on taking it to the track then it's useless...
