Well, we all knew it was going to happen anyway.
God damnit, I have not watched the Indy GP and the first F'ing line of that damn article is a spoiler for me.

finally its official. they have been after him for a few years now. i wonder what they see in him, considering his style of riding is slip and slide everywhere. stoner on the hand is a much more controlled rider. Anyway, Ducati is going to be packing heat next year

Isn't that the same way the duc is? Other riders seem to try and fight it, maybe this can/will work to his advantage.

I really would like to see an American on top, even if it's Nicky, not a bad guy, very likeable (I said likeable Evil.....NOT lick able....calm down) ............I just can't stand listening to his KY accent

Ya, his dirt riding background makes him love to back it in a little more than others. Maybe the Duc will let him do it more than the 212V.

he and stoner ride similarly. stoner likes breaking the rear end loose and comes from a flattrack racing background.

 

I bet nicky outruns stoner.

 

Wait, so are we talking tire brand change for Nicky? Or sticking to the Michelins. Sorry I'm not super up on the sponsorship thingy.

He will be on bridgestones.

 

Hopefully this brings better results for him. It's hard to hate on the guy, I don't know why. Also it would be nice to see another Duca fighting for the top spots, should make an interesting 09 season.

And hopefully Dovi comes to HRC and demolishes Dani

watching stoner ride was interesting. he seems to like whacking the throttle open and letting the TC sort it out... that's the impression i got anyway. you could hear the engine coughing from the power being cut, and the rear was wiggling around a bit... although not quite as much as nicky through the same corner.
