type-r questions

just wondering what kind of oil you guys recommend. also, can someone give me the valve clearance specs for a itr? thanks.

To summarize, people are leaning toward Redline as the best, but some of us are getting our oil analyzed in labs to find which is truly the best.
I just posted my first lab results on page 14.
