is that dc sports header 4-1? and it should bolt up to an ls right?

also is the gsr head complete, will it matter if its obd1 bolting up to a obd2 block

 

It is a 4-1, but the collector is shorter than the LS. In other terms you need the 94-99 cat to be able to use it or and adapter pipe. The head is complete and in great shape and it will bolt up to an OBD2 B18B block.
