Default Gas overfill?

I don't know if its the pump or is it my car. I have overfilled and gas leaked out like 3 times. It never clicks when I pump gas and it just keeps going. I pump gas by hand squeeze. Is there something wrong with my caR?

Yeah it should be all the way in. It only happens when i pull the nozzle out and it starts to pour out from my car.

So...wait...the nozzle isn't still pumping gas? The car is spewing gas from the tank? Is the little door/valve (for lack of a better word) inside your filler neck closing?

Sounds to me like it might be malfunctioning randomly. If you go out and look now, it will probably be closed because I think if it were open all the time, a CEL would pop up on your dashboard. I'd bring it to your dealership asap. I know I'd **** a brick if gas ran down my paint.
