Does anyone know how to fix a loose wire in the VSS wire harness?

I have heard there is a special tool to pull the wire out and put it back in. Anyone know where to get this tool or what can be used as a substitute?

if its the sensor its self, then cut it off and splice one in from another harness.

The VSS is all the same plug. Use solder and shink wrap and it will be good as new.
