One of my friends want 2 sell me his turbo for $100.00 that was on his '91 civic si and the only problems with it is that wastegate won't shut, needs a intercooler, and some piping... need some help if I should buy it and fix it up or turn around and sell it...need help...

 

a good start would be to tell us what turbo it is? does it have any play in it?after market or an oem one?
