I have a '91 crx with a d16z6 and my tranny is blown. i was thinking about getting an '88 SI tranny for it and was wondering is there and con's to this tranny as compared to 90-91 SI tranny. And if anything what would be the best tranny to put on my car? Any help is apreciated thanks.

Also i was wondering if i could you a 95 EX coupe automatic engine harness because my harness is all hacked. or what would be the best harness to use?

I know this is for a crx and i posted this aswell in the CRX/EF fourm but i figured the motor came out of an EX so mabe there would be someone on here that would have some knowlage on the matter

'88 clutches have a different spline count than '89 - '91, the '89 - '91 clutch is supposed to be an improvement from what i recall. D16Z6 engine harnesses are all the same, doesn't matter if they are from an automatic or a manual there is no difference between them.
