00 SI GAUGE CLUSTER HELP!!!

im trying to get my 00 si gauge cluster to be brighter...
anyone have a link on this?
what bulbs to change?
do i keep them red or different color?

Brighter? Are you sure the top two bulbs aren't burnt?
