Default Toda B Cams in C1. Bad or Good with low compression turbo set up?

ok, so i got my *** cracked this weekend by some crvtec bubbleback. I want revenge. Im pretty sure that if i put some Toda Bs in I'll be out. Problem is i hope to put big boost on my motor in a couple of months. Will I be able to run these cams and a low comp. turbo set up at the same time?
