Hey Guys, I have a 1993 Accord 2 door 5spd with 237k on the clock. All highway car, drives awesome, front end is tight, almost no rust and still gets 30+MPG in town/highway.

I've already done a full tuneup on it since I bought it 4k miles ago. I was just wondering, is this an interferance engine. IE, if the timing belt breaks, will it bend valves?

I have AAA so if I can get away with just driving it until it snaps or I get bored enough to change it I will.

Well, probably be a good time to put the belt on, adjust the valves and replace the front crank seal if I'm feelin frisky.

 

It will save you a wee bit in the end
