thinking about fabricating a harness bar...tips ?

Anyone here try it yet ? I was thinking about fabricating one for ***** and giggles, but I want to make a legit one so when I crash my car I wont fly through the windshield.

yeah its called a rollbar. anything less than that is unsafe. search it
