Default Removed driver fender, Put it back on and now the SIDE MOLDING wont sit flush?

I removed my driver side fender and I had to remove the lower side molding in order to get to the bottom bolt. After putting the fender back on I put the side molding back on and now it doesn't sit flush with the fender. It seems to stick out a bit... Any info on how to fix it?? Thanks again Honda-Tech

Pics, otherwise you need to make sure all tabs/flanges/holes line up correctly... or investigate the other side and compare how it hooks up.

Ill post up pictures in a bit. To be more specific, The plastic part that meets the fender on the outside doesn't seem to "Stick" to the fender anymore.... haha confusing enough?
