Purchasing a Ruckus soon! Got a couple questions?
I am a complete newb when it comes to motorcycles/scooters. So can I use just my regular class c driver's license to operate a Ruckus, also where would it indicate the year of the scooter besides the title? Can it fit two people, and how much are used 07 Ruckus with around a 100 miles going for? TIA

You're in California so you need a motocycle license.
The regular ruckus is only designed for one. With two I'm pretty sure it would put it over it's weight limit and not move very fast at all.
Craigslist here in southern california has a few but they really aren't much less than new. There are a few for $3K with some mods already done and a couple for about $2500-2700 stock with low mileage.
