Default Head Torque Down Specs

I'm putting a D15B VTEC head on a D15B1 block, and i was wondering what do i torque the head to?
What would the redline/HP be for this has MPFI of course.

22 ft lbs then 49 ft lbs tighten in sequence , 7200 redline, mpfi does not raise or lower the redline. for that you need a ecu, and internals that can handle say like 9000 redlines

well a stock d15vtec is 130 hp, im not sure if the pistons and rods are the same in the d15b1. i assume the rods are the same, but guessing the pistons are different
