don't want to make you look like a dumbass but 95 and down tranny don't have vin numbers. You can see that his tranny also does not have the vin plate holes, and the sticker says ****. You can't Trace anything through the sticker, it only tells you what kind of tranny it is. Dmv only deals with vin numbers. Heck, motors can't even be trace by the block serial number, i know cause i tried before.
