i know this is a dumb question but how do i know if i need oil. does the clear lil glass have be full or half... its a 2000 cbr600

The bike shouldn't be gobbing up oil. Regular oil changes go a long way for bike longevity. Otherwise, as previously mentioned, the level should be between L and H when the bike is fully upright with no lean angle.

 

alright thanks i just wanna be safe that everything is good i just bought the bike. i am planning on doing a good tune up but since i dont ride too much yet im probably going to do it next weekend
