WTB: 15"/16" 4x100 Wheels (+ Tires?) -- New York

I'd be willing to drive a few hours to pick up, but don't want to spend all day driving just for wheels. I'm not THAT desperate but I've been looking for some wheels for a while.
Prefer 16x7, polished, Circuit 8's or maybe even Circuit 10's. Don't like bronze on black. Might consider gold depending on the wheel.
Only 15" I'll consider is OEM Si's or GSR Blades. Must be in good condition.
No tires is okay seeing that I just bought brand new Goodyear all seasons and I'll also have snow tires for the winter. But tires would be nice
