Default My 1991 EF hatch Build from D-B-K

heres an old pics of when i first got the car, i only added mugen rnr wheels, ef9 rear bumper, and ef9 side moldings....wish i could of have the pic of it bone stock, bought it from my uncle 2 years ago.



got my jdm front end painted it red and started to install



Drop the D series for B series time!
oh and also got me some nice jdm interior





did some body work and then i painted it



a few pics after the paint job



and heres a few recent pics of what the car looks like now








let me know what you all think so far

its getting late but ill post new pics up tommorow night of my current project
that iam working on for the car..... B series to K series now

And the K series swap starts

drop the motor and started to prep



did a wire tuck on both sides





got me 5 lug on and new wheels







ok now for some more goods

got my k20a2 today for a very good deal



so started to tear down and reclean




got me the relocater kit for the alternator







Now off to more prep work


got me new carpet and started on my shifter box work





Engine bay work time













Now for some goods i got

Hybrid harness came in

o and also i got my shifter box done with all interior back in



Got me a nice set of hasport mount kit



started to work on my rsx harness



New header came in Rcrew wont fit so i had to make space on rear crossmember





got me another nice tranny on the side just incase




well thats all for now ill update you all once i get more done

thx, not too sure atm once this something happends to this motor ill probably start building the block, boost or na still havnt made up my mind yet but that will be a while till then hopefully lol

just ordered me a Competition cluth /w fly wheel, and ill probably paint the engine bay in a week or 2 from now, ill post some pics soon

looks good, i would have cleaned up the welds on the tranny bracket just my opinion sense im **** about that stuff...

which tranny mount you refering to? i use the drivers stock mounting braket for the tranny side mount.

Some new goods i just got in today

Stage 4 CC with light weight flywheel



Golden Eagle Fuel Rail installed



finally got the block and tranny back together








and thats it for now, going to buy some paint for engine bay next week

thanks, its the paint code of an old school VW, ill check next time iam back at the shop...... started to paint the engine bay, took a while due to that we moved into a bigger shop , but ill get more pics up soon
