Default Will this work?

I have a 95 gsr sedan. I want to replace my rear bumper, and I found a 2000 gsr sedan rear bumper for $80. I have two questions. Will the 2000 bumper fit on my car? is $80 too much to pay for it? Thanks.

Since it'll fit, will my exhaust still fit, or will it have to be bent down lower so it doesn't melt the bumper?

No it should fit. My boy had his '96 teg switched over to '98 and up front and rear and his exhaust did not touch the bumper. It was a hatch though, not 4dr.
