If you plan on boosting it, you should run forged internals. Give Bisi a call, he is a God when it comes to single cams.

checked out the site and it looks out of my price range at the moment . i am looking to spend no more then 500-700 on rods and pistons right now. so i am realy looking for some pistons that i can run NA for not till i get a turbo kit which will be in a year or so. I was looking at eagle and tuner toy rods. are those good choices and why would i chose one rod brand over the other. any info will be much appreciated.

honestly, if your going to turbo eventually, just re-build it as stock and dont waste your money on N/A parts. But, if you plan on staying N/A, you have tons of options for using either OE parts or aftermarket parts. A good OE setup is machined LS rods using PDN GX pistons, as they provide a great CR and have a good design that allows for maximum quench. Stay away from the P29's, as their dome design is less than optimal. Another option would be the PM3 pistons out of the d15B7, although if using on a VTEC motor you would want to clay the motor with VTEC locked to make sure you ahve enough clearance. Than theres teh aftermarket. If you do that get into contact with Bisi about Piston design and valvetrain options
