Comes with EVERYTHING! 
It is brand new, all hardware, fittings, etc., etc., are still in their bags in the box. The manifold was only taken out of the box to test fit to a cylinder head on a bench. My plans for it are not going to work, so I have to sell and get a custom manifold made.
