Default RejeX, anybody ever try this stuff?

Personally, I find it a little annoying how difficult it can be to really clean all of the bugs and crap off my helmet. I've been looking for something that is a Rain-X for bugs, of sorts. I'm gonna give this stuff a try, but I'm just wondering if anybody has tried this stuff.

ive never tried this but i usually use goo gone or goo be gone or something along those lines. it also works great for getting tape and sticker residue off and leaves a refreshing citrus scent

water and a microfiber towel take bugs off of my helmet and visor with no problem. I don't even have to scrub they pretty much just wipe off.

You must have some pansy as bugs down in IL

It isn't nearly that easy for me. I have to really scrub, then I have to scrape the really tough spots off with my fingernails.

That could be. Does your shield have a reflective coating on it? How about anti-fog treatment?

Does it have a mirror-like coating on it, similar to sunglasses? Some companies call it an "iridium" coating.

Gee the bugs come off my helmet and bike with some "original" spray cleaner and a rag.
