Default h22 accord electrical problem, no electricity, car wont start

heres the story. i was planning to paint my valve cover ( in which i did ) however at the beginning of the process starting with disconnecting the neg. battery. while doing that, the neg. terminal accidently side swiped the positive terminal and made a large almost frighting spark. not giving much thought i went on and painted my valve cover. after putting everything back and connecting the battery again in a few days, i wanted to move the car. but heres the problem, nothing will turn on and my car will not start. my lights ( and cabin lights ) will turn on, my power doors will not work, i have to electricity, however when i press the brakes the lights still come on.

i checked multiple fuses with a test light and they show they dont work, but the fuse itself checked by hand was fine

the battery is very new about 2 weeks and the meter read it at 12.7 volts

even a jump start didnt work

what could be the problem?, my car is a ghost i need my car !!!

did you check the big 50 amp fuse the battery cable attaches to in the fuse box? it doesn't look like a typical fuse but a big square one thats bolted down with two philips head screws. I've had that happen to me and the big fuse went.
