h22 vs. h23 - head height?

h22 vs. h23 - head height?
I'm looking into doing a H2B or F2B. I was intending to do a F2B with a F22 in the name of hood clearance since i live in a shady area.
now i'm wondering about the H23 since i know it's not a VTEC head. Although the stroke is a little higher, the head actually looks less tall. I'm wondering if this would be an ideal fit for my DC2 engine bay with an evolution kit.. any ideas?
