i was driving my car the other day and my car would barly get up to 35mph what the hell could it be

you need to specify a little more what you drive and what's been going on....
what car... year... trim...
what happened.. where... how.. when.... things like that.
Otherwise.. your thread will be on that 4th page by tomorrow...without any help.

its a 1990 accord is auto it wont go over 35 mph and i even tried driving it in second

Could be:
brakes dragging
tranny not shifting
not enough power from the engine
fuel cutoff kicking in
ricer wing causing so much drag
loose throttle cable
blocked throttle body
brick under the gas pedal
driver with a light foot

Could be just about anything.

i think the brick under the throttle pedal is the problem

I suspect aftermarket floor mat rolled up underneath the gas pedal. Believe it or not, I've gotten that before...
