It might be a bit hot for the wastegate over there but the design and welds look awesome!

thanks, yes my welding has come a long way. it is amazing what a little patience will do for your welding.

it is 2" schedule 10 pipe. the engine is a 2g going into a 1g car.

looks good Aaron. I just did one about 2 weeks ago for a local guy. But I used 1.5" sch 10 pipe.

that seems small to me steph, the exhaust ports are 50mm on this engine, so i went a little bigger. lets see some pics of those tags!

Looks lovely. I just finished a TII project myself. Had to stick weld the exhaust because I don't yet have a TIG. You have done some very nice work and you are wise to support the WG tower thoroughly. The header and DP will look even better when they get some color in them from the exhaust heat.

Hey looks great! I like the gussets!

I would be a little worried about that brace between the WG tube and collector. I don't like when pipe isn't allowed to expand along its length. My thoughts are it could crack at the collector or at the brace with time. Though I admit that that wastegate would be real heavy on the end of that tube.

Nice work! You seem to have a steady flow of contracts. That's amazing!
