Bought a Competition Engineering 8 point roll cage thoughts on it?
They say its NHRA and IHRA approved . Has anyone used these roll cages before its going into a 97 ek hatch. My buddy is gonna weild it in for $200 since were real close and thats all he does for a living. I cant remember if he said hes gonna tig weild it or mig it. I just bought a k20a2 and plan on turboing it and build the motor for so insane boost.

My buddy's doing a 10-point version in his Nova right now. It's an alright kit...Fit and finish will never be like what a custom bent cage is...But for the money it's nice.
He migged the plates to the floors(had to build a box into the floor for the main hoop), and he's gonna TIG all of the tubing joints. I'll get some pics when it's done.
