Hey, recently started gathering parts for my lsvtec and I was wondering if there is a manual out there that has all the torque specs id need, or can i just use a manual for the bottom end i have or are all the torque specs different for various Bseries motors im useing a B18b1 bottom end and a P72 top end. looking for specs on timing/toruqe specs for enitre engine basicly a good manual to follow if there is such a thing out there.

 

Bump really need a good manual! any advice or recomendations are welcomed.
