97 Accord Check Engine Light Jumper

Where is the jumper plug to check the check engine light codes in this car? And also, what color is it?

P0135 41 Front HO2S Heater Circuit Fault (Sensor 1)
P1166 41 Primary HO2S (No. 1) Heater System Electrical
P1167 41 Primary HO2S (No. 1) Heater System
