Default NJ: FS/FT 92 BMW 325is, Bunch of Mods - E36 Body Style

So, i'm looking to sell me E36 BMW 325is
The car is an auto but does have a bunch of mods, And has plenty of power to mess around with or just use for daily driving. (And if you were to think about doing a 5 spd. swap, it's actually easier on this car than it is for a civic and a little cheaper as well )

Asking $5000 (Price Negotiable) So Make Offers
Also, I will consider straight up trades or trades with cash on top if the car is right.

I will consider trades for the following cars. (But they MUST BE 5spd. Manual)
-92-00 Civic hatch -92-00 Civic coupe 2dr.
-any model DelSol -94-01 Integra

Here is a Little info on the car and some pics.
It is a 92 325is. It is Rear Wheel Drive with a 2.5 straight 6 engine with only 86k on the motor (the body of the car has 130k). The engine produces 198hp stock but this one does have a few up grades.
The GOOD Stuff:
- S50 intake manifold
- Type-3 SK Adjustable Coil Overs in the front (fronts alone were $800)
- M3 Eibach springs (rear)
- M3 struts + M3 control arms (rear)
- M3 mirrors
- M3 trunk Lip
- Smoked corners
- 50/50 tails (red/Smoked)
- Blacked out Wide Grills (Facelifted)
- Full 99' Power Black Leather Seats with Dove white accents in the Rear
- 95' M3 center console
- 18 button control deck (tells you Outside Temp., Fuel Consumption, Fuel Range, Etc.)
- M3 M-Contour Rep. wheels with 2" Polished Lips *MINT* wrapped in Pirelli P7000 tires with about 85% tread life
-Borla Exhaust System
-Motor only has between 86-86k miles on it and runs like new
-Auto Trans shifts smooth as butter
-Brand New Waterpump (installed 2 weeks ago)
-Brand New Thermostat (installed 2 weeks ago
-Brand New Secondary Thermostat (the one that connects the the airbox, the BMW version of an IACV)
-Brand new Top and Bottom Radiator Hoses (installed 2 weeks ago)
-The car just had a full radiator flush and coolant change 2 weeks ago when i installed all of the cooling system parts.
-The car is "Mauritus Blau" which is an extremely rare BMW color (only about 250 released in this color in the U.S. from what i've been told)
-NO RUST!!!!!

The Bad:
-E36's (92-98 3series/M3's) are all known for crappy interior door panels that fall apart, this car is no exception. the driver side door panel kinda sucks but isnt completely useless just yet. .
-along with a few tiny un-noticable dings, it has one decent dent next to the rear tail light (could easily be removed though with the tools)
-small tare on rear driver side floor carpet.

Here are some Pics:

Pic of the Current Wheels: (i'll get a better one up tomorrow)

Feel Free to ask Questions and i will try and answer you ASAP (PM's will probably be responded to quicker)
NOW PM SOME OFFERS
