EP3 HFP Suspension
In case someone here might be looking for a set.
I happened to stumble across this.
(I was actually looking for myself but decided on a newer 06+ Si)
P/N: 08W60-S5T-100
Instillation Manual: http://handaaccessories.com/civic/sportsusp.pdf (Also includes alignment specs)
Another manual: http://www.hondapartsdeals.com...n.pdf
A place to buy it (bottom of page): http://www.hondaautomotivepart...s.jsp
Another but not separate: http://www.cheaphondaparts.com...=1320
Supposedly this kit is comparable with the Mugen kit but costs about 1/2 the price.
From what others have said online

Yeah that is why I put "from what others have said" below. While researching the reviews I found for both kits were all very similar. To sum them up... Close to stock ride comfort, about a 1.5" drop, improved handling and controll.
I searched high and low and could not find the rates of the hfp kit or even the a-spec kit for the rsx for that matter.
On other forums I was able to find posts with these rates though.
Stock EP3: (248 Front/440 Rear)
Stock RSX: (279 Front/458 Rear)
Mugen SS: (283 Front/439 Rear) (Same for EP3 and DC5)
Both hfp and mugen use showa shocks.

The Mugen SS kit is valved waaaay to harsh IMO. The Mugen kit needs higher springrates instead of ultra-stiff shock valving. But, it's still a decent kit.
The A-spec/HFP kit adds slightly higher springrates (no one knows exactly how much), but much better shock valving over stock. I had a new OEM shock and a new A-spec shock and physically they are different and when compressing them down you can tell a huge difference.
For $600ish bucks, you absolutely can't go wrong. But it is only a 1" drop, which people don't think is enough. But for those of us who know the chassis...it is almost perfect.

I think 1.5" is a nice drop on this car and you don't need more then that to have good performance and style at the same time...
