Default Dumb question re: springs for 1990 DX HB

I recently bought a 1990 DX hatchback. It has been lowered. I would like to lift it back to at least stock height or even a little higher for travel on gravel and logging roads. I can tolerate a little stiffer ride that stock, also. I will most likely match them up with Tokico HP struts. Can someone clue me in on the range (by year and or model) of stock springs that would fit my car? Also, I was told that 90-93 Integra springs would raise the car about an inch above stock. Anybody know about this? Thanks very much.

You can run the 1990-93 integra shock/spring setup and it will give you the height you're looking for. Im not 100% sure but you might need the integra shock forks also.
