What aftermarket sunroof is this - and where can I get parts?

I know I could make a part with fasteners from Home Depot, and encase them in black RTV, but would like something that looks a little better.
Who makes this/where can I get the right parts? It looks old and doesn't leak! Sorry for the nighttime pics.

(I am missing the passenger side lift grommet. It would be a square under the sunroof, and then a round part on the outside (and the lifter has a threaded bolt that this screws into, it seems)
