depends....How deep are your pockets? and most importantly what do YOU want to do? you'll have to put lots of time and research into it. these kind of threads are pointless, its YOUR car.

thats my plan.
had turbo cars. like said above, 1/4 is weak **** in the corners. nothin like holdin her WOT raping threw a corner. but, i will always love pullin 3-4th on the "track" (freeway) with big turbo + lots of boost
but honda on the freeway at 120+ ~>
its a lot more fun these days WOT on onramps, and rippin off 2nd-3rds.
btw this is a never ending debate, been going on for like 10years. if you dont know a lot about turbo cars i would just stick to NA.

i think that comment is...
you can just as easily spend 5k or even 10k either way.
how deep your pockets are = how fast your gonna go, and/or how good your gonna look doing it.

you're right, you can spend just as much either way, but we don't even know what this guy wants to do with his car(he doesn't even know). If he wants to be efficient dollar to horsepower wise he'd obviously go turbo. Hell spend dough regardless. does he want big turbo HP or screamin' N/A HP, or maybe he just wants a little extra oomph. even a small n/ build will become pricey if you do it right.
This is a worthless thread. The OP is looking for someone to tell him/her what/how to build their car. The OP needs to spend time researching what meets their goals for the car, and what will best fit its duties. He or she may not even know their goals, which could make this thread an even bigger waste.
This thread will tell you everything you need to know. Read up.

All because they are listed higher doesnt mean they sell for more. I find a stock/minor bolt-ons ITR attracting a higher price than a turbo....

Generally, they do. Take Jackies recent aqusition (sp) It was more than if it would have been a "minor bolt on" car.
Generalizing that if an ITR has a turbo makes them sell for less is a load of crap.
While I understand your point, that some look for stock ITR's and they are willing to pay more for it, doesn't mean that turbo ones go for less.
Take for example... an ITR with 75k on it... stock vs. boosted. I bet the boosted one sells for me. Now take a low mileage stock one say... 20k miles... sure it's going to sell for more in stock form... but again.. it's the generalization that is bull ****.

I wouldnt say much less, but in my eyes, the stock one will sell for more and sell faster. Only a few certain people are looking for turbo ITRs.
Right now there is one turbo r on autotrader for more than 14k(jdm front and 65k), there are a few stock ones in the 18's... Then you have dipshit with his JRSC ITR and yellow plastic speakers and trash can intake for 23k!

Agree'd... but my point is this...
Boosted ITR's do NOT generally sell for less... it's a misconception.
Those looking for a boosted ITR know they go for more, and really... should given a great boosted build is at LEAST 10k more into the car.
While, today you may only find one boosted ITR, in what I've personally seen they tend to bring in more money given a car of the same condition/mod'd/stock especially true with a car with more miles.
Again, I would pay more personally for a stock car than a boosted one, but just because you and I would, doesn't mean others wouldn't.

Boost is where its at. I have been daily driving/street racing Doostur's 1050 whp ITR for the past two weeks since i took delivery. Nobody has even come close to beating me. I actually have NASA wanting to the lease the car to visit the moon with this coming November.
