Help on weather strip door molding

does anyone kno how to replace the door molding weather strip. the thing between the window and the acual door. mine was chipping so i bought a new one but dont kno how to replace it.

think you can use double sided tape..not sure

are you talking about the one inside the door or the one on the outside?
