rattle after lowering 07 si help

hi I'm new to Honda tech I just lowered my 07 si on progress springs and now I have a slight rattle over medium sized bumps. Can anyone clue me in on what this could be. Thanks.

where is the rattle coming from? your explanation is pretty vague.

it's coming from the left front strut area I have 18k on the car and just lowered it last night.

06 civics have ball bearing top mounts... maybe some got loose when you were taking them apart? but instead of wasting time on here, id be out in the garage double checking all your nuts and bolts.

I double and triple checked my work if done this several times and I didn't lose and bearings. I'm a service tech at an Acura dealer I know what to do just checking if anyone else had the same problem.

id check the strut tower bolts on that side.
if not, id take it out and redo it.

never heard of people hearing a rattle. maybe you dropped a nut by the firewall. usually people get a poping sound from the strut.
