Default D16y8 distributor on a b16??

so i heard u could use a d16y8 distributor on a b16 and all i would have to change was the cap and rotor??

wow going super low budget on this b16 swap huh? the cap and rotor aren't going to change anything. what matters is the fact your 3 distributor bolts are not going to line up.
