I got a 96 civic d16y7 and my car idles funny. Let's say when I tap on the gas the RPM will drop to like 300rpm. Car stutters and feel like its about to shut-off. But when I rev my car up to 4k rpm or so the rpm would go back to like 900rpm. So basically it seems like I can adjust my rpm by the amount of pressure I put onto my gas pedal. I'm not quite sure what's wrong. Any suggestions and ideas would be great thanks.
