To be honest. I believe they are interchangeable. I'm using a LS FPR on my GSR. And I haven't encountered any problems yet. Being that its been almost 2 months on so far.

as longs as the bolt holes are the same(pretty sure they are) it will not be a problem. Im using a b16 fuel pressure reg. on my ls without any issue
