transmission problems....need help asap
alright guys i just installed a new clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel on my m2a4 transmission on my 5th gen prelude. everything went on fine, and the car starts up. my problem is that when i put it in gear and let the clutch out the car doesnt start to move. nothing. the clutch can be all the way out and the car in gear and it doesnt move. if i try it in reverse it makes a rattling sound. i need help asap....i have to be back to college tonight and i really hope the transmission doesnt have to come off again. anyone with experience please help. thanks.

actually it does. the car starts and when i rev it up at all the speedo starts to move. if thats the problem im going to send you twenty dollars for saving me the time of taking out my transmission lol it would have to be the passenger side right? the intermediate shaft has a bracket that has to be bolted in to assure that the driver side is in all the way.
alright thats the first thing im checking tomorrow...i have to wait until i can get home because im away at college. ill let you guys know how it goes.
alright guys i just went to go pull the axle back out and put it back in and i cant get the axle out for ANYTHING. it is sticking about 2-3 inches out and wont come out the rest of the way....does anyone know what could be wrong, or why it wouldnt come out? i jsut hope no damage was done to the axle or the transmission. thanks.
gotta get that axle out somehow....I'm sure the circlip was damaged and is catching on something. Try pulling off the int shaft and using a light and a pick to try and help free it
i just took out the int. shaft and when i look into the trans. all i see is a small gear going across the hole. i dont see a clip anywhere...
the pin is for the spider gears.
Same thing always happens with V6 Accords and Odysseys- the circlip for the axle gets jammed. Just got to use a long pick and work around the axle(if that's the only thing that's damaged.
I don't know what else to tell you!

edit: nvm im an idiot. it goes in the groove on the end. thanks again for the help.
