Default Problem with clutch, tranny, axle. no idea!

whats up. i recently had a post about a weird squealing noise from my tranny. well today i believe my clutch decided to take a **** on me. basically, i was at a light about to take off. i put the car in first, like normal and begin to take off. i then hear and feel a thump noise from the tranny area, and i cannot accelerate. the car moves but i have to rev it real high (5 rpm) to just get the car to move 5 mph! wtf! anyway i thought it was the axle that poped out but i was told that my clutch is gone because it feels like it is slipping. what could it be? is it the axle, the clutch, or the tranny itself. could it also be the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder? again i can get into gear just fine in all gears but when i engage the clutch it doesnt seem to grab as hard and feels like nothing is there. Also, when i accelerate when i am in gear, the car seems to jerk to the right, then when i let off the gas, the car then jerks back to the left. it feels likes its on ice. any ideas?

Is the clutch slipping?

Put it in 5th at a stop, rev it up and dump the clutch. If it stalls the clutch should be good.

UPDATE!!!! I found out the problem. The issues was not with the clutch, but the tranny. The lsd in my tranny blew! Wtf! i finally replaced it and now all is good! just wanted others to know. So, if you have a turbo car with a stock tranny, and you feel or hear any noises, its probably your diff. take it from me, and get it looked at asap before your tranny goes BOOM!
