Default A clean R is a happy R

Was talking to Joe (doespike) yesterday about washing and waxing. How were are too lazy and give our cars less attention when it comes to cleaning. Well, it was a nice day today and spent a couple of hours washing and waxing the R (two coats ). Also showing off my work from yesterday, wetsanding the headlights. Please excuse my prehistoric camera. And this is my favorite spot to shoot since it's on the way home.

It's more Taffeta than Championship. Hahaha.

Knowing my luck, I'm going to walk out tomorrow morning with a huge piece of birdshit on the hood.

LOL, couldn't think of anymore scenic places to take more "pictures". It's a Sunday in Hilo, everywhere is pretty populated.

I just walked out to the car after some brief rain. Water beading off is beautiful.

fortunately/unfortunately (however you decide to look at it) there's no difference between a rinsed off and polished/waxed CW.

If you wanna reap the rewards of detailing you gotta go black

It looks beautiful none the less

OP... please don't listen to this. It looks perfect the way it is

I beg to differ, but do agree that black is sexy clean. Unfortunately unless you plan on moving it from where you washed it you have a dirty car again.

So, I put two coats of wax on today and added the ITR decals. I took pictures with my sisters digital camera, but aparently she already moved the cords to NC. (were moveing). So atleast I took one with my phone.
